PaperworkOS should update pages when official rules, forms, fees, deadlines, or complaint pathways change.

Correction process

  1. Record the correction request.
  2. Check primary sources.
  3. Update the page with a new modified date.
  4. Document material changes in an internal changelog.
  5. Remove or noindex pages that cannot be kept current.
