Privacy policy

PaperworkOS is designed to be privacy-first. The public tools run in the browser and do not submit form entries to a PaperworkOS server.

Information users enter

Tool entries are used in the browser to create checklists, letters, evidence plans, and official-source reminders. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information, full identity numbers, account passwords, medical details, or private document contents unless a specific feature clearly explains how that data is processed.

Local storage

The site may use essential local storage to remember simple preferences such as whether the cookie notice has been dismissed. This storage is not used to create fake engagement, force ad views, or encourage ad clicks.

Advertising and cookies

If Google AdSense or another ad provider is enabled, third-party advertising partners may use cookies, IP addresses, device information, and similar technologies subject to applicable consent requirements. Advertising cookies should only be enabled after a compliant consent setup for the user’s region. Sensitive categories should not be used for personalized ad targeting.

Official external links

PaperworkOS links to official government, regulator, court, agency, and information pages where available. External official pages have their own privacy policies and may collect information separately from PaperworkOS.
