Corrections policy

We want factual descriptions, links and tool behaviour to be correct. If you find a broken official link, misleading statement, calculation bug or contradiction, report the page URL, the statement or behaviour you believe is wrong, and the source or test case that supports the correction.

What happens next

1. We identify the exact page or tool version.
2. We reproduce the issue where possible.
3. For external process claims, we compare the statement with a primary official source.
4. We correct substantive errors and update the review date when appropriate.

PaperworkOS does not silently turn a disputed professional opinion into a “fact”. Where a matter depends on jurisdiction, evidence or expert judgment, the page should state that limitation.
