Browser-local tools

Organize the paperwork. Keep the decision-making with you.

The tools below create preparation notes, checklists, date calculations and draft text in your browser. They do not submit forms or send your documents to PaperworkOS.

PaperworkOS is an independent information and organization resource. It is not a government agency, law firm, migration agent, insurer, tax adviser, financial adviser or medical provider. Tools and guides help you organize facts, documents and questions; they do not determine eligibility, rights, deadlines or outcomes. Always confirm current requirements with the relevant official source.

Start with the record, not your memory

  1. Save the notice, email, form or receipt.
  2. Record the exact dates and reference numbers.
  3. Separate what you know from what you still need to verify.
  4. Use the official source before you submit anything.

Three rules for using any PaperworkOS result

Verify the rule

Use the issuing agency, regulator, business or other official source to confirm current requirements.

Check every fact

Generated text is a draft. Remove anything that is not accurate and add context the tool cannot know.

Keep sensitive data out

Use descriptions and reference labels where possible. Do not paste passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary identity data.
